Homs
Kids in Homs, back in 2008. Now thousands of killed people around them. State violence will mark their lives, if they are not murdered before.
There are things we can do.... The first one is to look at them and see in them our own kids, brothers, nephews...
Hossein Derakhshan, 4th Birthday in prison
It is Jan 7th. Again. Hossein will spend his 37 birthday in Evin prison. For the fourth time. Now that the political stability is more fragile than ever, more complicated than ever, the country, its citizens need more people like him (so smart), exploring smart, non violent and fair diplomatic solutions. Free thinkers should become key actors in Iranian society to prevent a war. Not prisoners.
